Terms & Conditions

  1. The Client or Patient or Patient family members shall not interfere in the Caregiver’s personal life.
  2. The Caregiver is allowed to use his/her mobile phone during break hours.
  3. All the facilities Food must be served to the care giver at appropriate time and in adequate quantity. (Proper bedding, bathing facility) should be provided for the employee to stay in the patient’s house.
  4. The Caregiver shall only render the pre-agreed services. Caregivers will not do Domestic or household works.
  5. The Caregiver shall be treated with dignity and respect by the Client and treat the Caregiver as a family member.
  6. Every Once in 15 days the Caregiver is eligible for one day leave or Monthly two Leaves. In case if the employee is not availing the leave and stays back and extends her service, Should be compensated.
  7. The Client shall pay an advance every month to the organization. Minimum one month advance.
  8. In case of cancellation of service, the Client shall give in writing 10 days prior intimation (notice) to the organization.
  9. The organization shall terminate services in case of any physical or sexual misconduct or any kind of misbehavior with the Caregiver and this would further lead to legal action.
  10. The Client shall not approach the Caregiver to continue the service without the organization’s knowledge. In such instances the Organization shall initiate legal action to claim damages from the Client.
  11. The organization is not responsible for any loss or damage in the working place. Eg. Valuables like Gold / Silver Ornaments, Mobile, Debit and Credit Cards. Clients should keep all valuables in bank lockers or safe Lockers. Please Keep Vehicle Key in safe , if Vehicle is theft or Lost Organisation is not responsible at Any Circumstances Please Don’t put any Valuable Ornaments on Patient and Don’t keep any Valuable items Near Patient , if it is Lost Organisation is Not Responsible for loss of any items or Damage . Please Check the Bag of the caregiver Before entering the House and after Leaving the House.
  12. The Client shall not allow the Caregiver to go out of the working premises without the organization permission.
  13. In case of migration (from the service address) to far-off locations, the service fee shall be increased. if the organization Agrees only.:
  14. The Client is expected to provide a sound working environment for the service provider to avail the best service.
  15. The organization can change the Caregiver after giving prior intimation.
  16. No Refund of payment in case of death, ICU admission, Recovery or shifting to a far place.
  17. Registration Fee is Non Refundable at any Circumstance . Monthly fee is Non Refundable:
  18. If the employee service is for 24 hours, the employer should provide appropriate resting/sleeping periods.
  19. In case of stopping the Service for the above mentioned patient you have to come and leave the Caregiver back to the Organization safely and give a cancellation Letter in person.
  20. Staff Entering your Location ( joining day ) will be the first day ( Counting day number 1 one )
  21. If the Caregiver is not well First aid Medicine should be given by the Client or Customer’s Side
  22. The Client shall not approach the Caregiver to continue the service without the organization’s knowledge. In such instances, according to the terms and conditions you are liable to pay 1 year payment. So we have to collect on spot with police presence.
